That’s what I thought too when I saw this screenshot but the pairing of NessxJeff isn’t anything too new, IMO.

Apparently the message of “lol funny oversight but eww” I was trying to convey was totally lost. Whoops.

Fun picture. I love noticing oversights such as this. I think a similar one happens in Final Fantasy VI somewhere, not necessarily a thing about couples but it’s just awkward dialogue moments.

I love it when people say “Freakin’ Liberals” and such when really the only point of gay marriage, abortion, and other such ‘ethical’ debates is mainly a smokescreen to cloud the fact that the government’s financial plans are running it into the ground and that the majority of voters vote on such superficial things.

Anyway. That’s my spiel.

I could go on and say that decisions such as gay marriage and what not have nothing to do with your lives and point out the flaws in slippery slope arguments in which people say next we’ll allow the marriage of people and cats or something. But that’s just stupid and doesn’t deserve a counter argument.

I always thought of Ness and Jeff just being friends not like that.

The Mother games and Azumanga Daioh I respect and revere waaay too much to even look at the characters in a sexual light that isn’t tasteful (or intended by the creators)…it always deeply disturbs me when people people make slash fiction or draw porn of Mother, because it sort of feels like if my little brother or sister were having porn made out of them if that makes sense. I don’t view them as a platform with which to project my own sexual desires upon to warp and twist what the creators have done with something that is very emotional to me. :X

I mean, I know it’s just a game and all, and they’re fictional characters, but that’s just how I feel for my own self I guess.
