Matt the Great sent this in the other day. He and some friends made a Mr. Saturn out of sand, and they did an excellent job:
That’s really cool. Also reminds me of some other sculptures (made out of sand and other things) that I should post sometime. Maybe I’ll post some of them this week now that I remember them

I’m glad you guys like it! That’s actually me in picture 7. I know the ribbon isn’t red, but we were limited on resources. That piece of yellow ribbon is actually a piece of my friends kite.
We had all been drinking in the sun for hours, so it took us about an hour or so to finish, plus the tide kept coming up. You can actually a huge trench we built behind him to keep him safe =O

I used to make sand mountains and forests when I went to Atlantic City. I should try it again sometime, but with.. the Monotoli building. haha

The server host company place had some technical problems. It would’ve been back up sooner but it happened just went I went to sleep so it stayed down for 7 or 8 hours.
