Well If the game cames to america, they already got one buyer just for the style.

It doesnt really get me. Mother characters have the same body shape, the only thing that gives me a mother vibe is the eyes.

I think they probably have the same artist.

These screenshots, and the art style of Mother 3, is also similar to the sprite art in Lunar Knights. I suppose it’s a popular style of artwork nowadays.

Looks more like the Professor Layton games than Mother 3 to me, which makes sense as Level 5 also did Layton (pick up the second game today!)

I think I might be getting this game when it comes out. Looks good, plus I like Uematsu’s music.

When I first saw the screenshots earier today, I thought it looked Mother 3-ish (Especially the campfire).

I’m definitely getting that, but it looks very Harvest Mooney.

I’m getting a real Disneyland vibe from that last shot.

the art style does remind me so much of mother, but the other level 5 game looked closer.

BUT this looks fantastic, its a fresh breath even for 2d animation which we’ve seen a lot of.

This gives us hope for a new Mother game. Maybe someone will decide that it’s perfect for the DS when they se Fantasy Life…
