You know those giant Mr. Saturn plushies that came out recently? A new one is on eBay here, and it’s not some crazy-priced buy-it-now thing.
It’s being sold by Celga, so I’m assuming someone tried to import one but then couldn’t pay for it later on. The bidding’s starting at $135, which is about the price it cost to order from Banpresto, so if you’re looking for a good deal on a giant Mr. Saturn, this is probably your best bet.

Incidentally, remember that other giant Mr. Saturn plushie that was being sold for $2000 on eBay? It still hasn’t sold, so the seller dropped the price down to $1500. I think he’ll still have a hard time selling it for that much, though…

It looks like this one sold for $338.00 + $119.00 for EMS Shipping. So, that’s quite a bit of money for one of these bad boys, but still nowhere near the incredible $1500 being asked for by the other auctioneer. I wonder if things will look different in a year or more. What kind of demand will these things yield in the future if they’re not even going for much more than the miniature versions today.
I got one from a small site and it was only 32 dollars with shipping. Its not like the Giant ones but I’m happy with it =)

Mine is finally on its way from Japan.
My grand total after shipping and fees came to around $265. Quite a lot for a ball of fluff, but I think it’s worth it. I’m interested in seeing how this auction turns out.
