I don’t know a whole bunch about Second Life, but I do know it’s popular and that people are always making stuff for it. This latest creation is especially kickass – a 3D version of Moonside that you can walk around and interact with
I don’t know much about this stuff, but if it helps at all, this is in Twilight Town, and the news comes from Second Life user “Miles05 Reitveld”. See the Youtube video’s description for more details I guess

Well, I’m gonna have to IM this guy for the landmark otherwise I’m going to go crazy.
I meant to take some images of some Mr. Saturn avatars I found earlier but the region I was in restarted before I could find them in the vendor. ;-;
Scratch that, I actually found Twilight Town AND I overheard Miles05 in my chat, but couldn’t find him. ;-;

No, my brain did nearly fry from watching that. And no, that was awesome! =P
If I remember right, a lot of SL players are furry. And there’s no need for hate.
As for the video, it’s awesome. it captures the Moonside atmosphere perfectly. It just needs some Dali’s Clocks and a few Enraged Fireplugs.
I know next to nothing about Second Life, but this is a 3D version o Moonside, and therefore really cool.
I didn’t see any trees or the Monotoli Building…
Though I’m not sure how accurately it’s possible to create a rendition of a world in Second Life.

Wired magazine introduced me to Second Life.
Looked boring to me.

Ok, I’m pretty sure this is for comments about the 3D Moonside NOT about how much you hate furries.
That Moonside is pretty sweet. It would be great if SL stuff could be used in Garry’s Mod.
Well, there went my image of a generally mellow and accepting fanbase. I guess I haven’t been around very long?
I don’t really know anything about SL, but this looks marvelous. The Franklin Badge was a nice touch. I can only imagine someone who has never played EB finding this by accident and getting freaked out/wondering what the crap is going on.
@Someone Else I’m pretty sure the big pink building at 5:00 is supposed to be the Montoli Building.
That cat, person,(thing?) should have been swimming in the ground…
otherwise, a pretty cool three dimensional rendering of moonside.
ohh i’ve been waiting for someone to post a 3D version of Moonside! =]
this is pretty sweet

Awesome! I also don’t really know anything about Second Life, but that’s pretty cool.
Are there any Legend of Zelda, or any other video game type areas in SL?
