Their site is in Japanese. If it looks like a bunch of odd symbols and gibberish rather than Japanese, try changing the character encoding.
Firefox: View > Character Encoding > More Encoding > East Asia > Japanese (Shift_JIS)
Internet Explorer: Page > Encoding > More > Japanese (Shift-JIS)
Of course, it may still look like gibberish depending on your understanding of Japanese… but it will be proper gibberish ;D
