One of my most favorite EarthBound remixes is this one by djpretzel, called Twoson Hits the Road. I suck at explaining my opinions of music, but this one really stands out for me in a bunch of different ways. Very, very well done

I see what you mean about the Easy Listening, Poe. The first eighteen seconds of that track, where it’s just the guitar bit, I kept expecting James Taylor to start singing.

It doesn’t get much more professional level than that, really good work. I’m a musician myself, and I know that a good attribute of a work is that I want to play my guitar when I hear something great–this has done the job!

I personally can’t even recognize it as Twoson’s theme until a while in but that’s just my ears. It’s still pretty nice.

I have always loved this song, it’s been iPod’d and I listen to it on road trips and such. It’s just one of those songs you can’t help but love — it’s a really unique and strong composition, and the Twoson theme works surprisingly well with the concept. I’m glad it got a spotlight here.

I really like this track a lot, it actually hit my top 20 most played at one point. I’m also very partial to Bill Eager’s “Travelers Together” which is also based on the Twoson theme.

I’ve heard of this on Nico Nico douga.
There’s lots of more awesome EB remixes there, made by a group who named the album for these songs “BoundTogether”.

Sounds just like something you’d hear from Professor Layton. And that is a very good thing.

Sounds like something you’d hear on an easy listening station. It’s nice.
