This is literally a lawsuit. The APE team thought that the japanese wouldn't catch the illegal copying/sampling because the songs are American... This is definitely 100% against the law and shows the lack of creativity the musical team who worked on the game has. God damn ;_; my favorite song in the whole game (name select screen) turned out to be ripped from some monty python song?? :( This whole thing is bad, and if people would have known about it when EB was just released I gurantee some of the bands would have sued and this would have been all over the media.
